Terms & Conditions

A plain-English summary of the terms that govern your use of Jet Interactive's call tracking and cloud telephony services. This page is a guide only — the binding terms are those set out in the agreement you signed with us.

Agreement & Acceptance

These terms apply between you (the customer) and Jet Interactive Pty Ltd (ABN 70 168 999 371), an Australian-owned company operating since 2006. By signing a service order or order form, activating an account, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms of your service agreement.

Where there is any inconsistency between the summary on this page and your signed agreement, your signed agreement prevails. This page is provided for general information and does not vary, replace, or limit the terms you have agreed to with us.

The Services

Jet Interactive provides call tracking, cloud telephony, inbound numbers, reporting, and related software and network services over our own Australian telco network. The specific services, plans, and inclusions that apply to you are described in your service order.

  • We aim to provide our services with due care and skill and to meet the service levels set out in your agreement.
  • Some services depend on third parties, including carriers, internet providers, and integration partners, that are outside our direct control.
  • We may carry out planned maintenance and will give reasonable notice where it is likely to affect your service.
  • Features may be added, changed, or retired over time as the platform develops.

Billing in AUD

All fees and charges are billed in Australian dollars (AUD) and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of GST, which is applied where required by Australian law. Your pricing, billing cycle, and any usage-based charges are set out in your service order.

  • Recurring fees are typically billed in advance, and usage charges such as call minutes are billed in arrears.
  • Invoices are payable by the due date shown on the invoice using the payment method on your account.
  • Late or unpaid amounts may result in suspension of service in accordance with your agreement.
  • For specific rates and amounts, please refer to your current order form or contact our team.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services lawfully and not in a way that harms our network, other customers, or third parties. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account, including the conduct of your authorised users.

  • Do not use the services for unsolicited marketing, fraudulent, or unlawful calling.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the network or platform.
  • Comply with all applicable Australian laws and industry codes, including telecommunications and spam regulations.
  • Keep account credentials secure and notify us promptly of any suspected misuse.

Numbers & Porting

Phone numbers supplied as part of our services are provided in accordance with applicable Australian numbering rules. Unless your agreement states otherwise, numbers allocated to you remain subject to those rules and to your ongoing use of the service.

  • You can request to port eligible numbers in or out, subject to the relevant porting processes and any losing or gaining carrier requirements.
  • Porting timeframes can depend on third parties and the accuracy of the information provided.
  • Numbers may be reclaimed where an account is closed or where required by regulation.

Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and store it, and how you can contact us about it.

Because our services involve call data and recordings, you are responsible for meeting your own obligations to callers, including providing any notices or obtaining any consents required for recording or processing calls.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or guarantees you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in your agreement.

Subject to your consumer rights, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited in the manner described in your signed agreement. For the precise limitations that apply to you, please refer to that agreement.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms and our policies from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our services, technology, or legal requirements. Where a change materially affects you, we will provide reasonable notice in accordance with your agreement.

Continuing to use the services after a change takes effect indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
