Location

Some locations in regional Australia or even internationally have weaker mobile connections.
While we understand you cannot always choose where you work, it is worth noting that a weaker connection can impact call quality.

International

Abroad from Australia, some countries outright block our services:

Key Countries and Regions Blocking SIP/VoIP:
  • Middle East & Asia: UAE, Oman, Qatar, Iran, Syria, China, North Korea, Pakistan, and Vietnam.
  • Africa: Countries such as Sudan, Eritrea, and Egypt often enforce restrictions.
  • Others: Cuba and various countries during times of political unrest.

Internet Service Provider (ISP)

Some ISP's block SIP traffic. This is more of an issue abroad but it can happen within Australia. If you are facing issues of being blocked, its a good idea to contact your ISP and ask if they block SIP/VoIP traffic in any way.
