A Hosted PBX Without the Hardware

Jet's business phone system is a fully hosted PBX — the call routing, lines and extensions that used to live in a cabinet in your comms room now run in the cloud. There's no physical PBX to buy, patch or maintain, and no ISDN service to manage. Calls are carried over Jet Interactive's own telco network, so you deal with one Australian provider for the platform and the calls.

Because it's cloud-hosted, your phone system isn't tied to one office. Staff can take and make calls on a softphone app, a desk handset or their mobile, and the system behaves the same way wherever they're connected.

Everything You Need to Answer the Phone

The system includes the call-handling tools businesses actually rely on, configured to suit how your team works:

Softphone Apps and Desk Phones

Your team can work the way that suits them. Use the Jet softphone app on desktop and mobile to make and take business calls from anywhere with an internet connection, or pair compatible IP desk phones for staff who prefer a traditional handset. Everyone shares the same extensions, call flows and voicemail, whether they're in the office, working from home or out on the road.

Because the system is provisioned in the cloud, adding a new starter is a matter of creating a user — not running cabling or buying a new line.
