Smart Contact Matching and De-Duplication

Accurate sync depends on matching the right call to the right contact. Jet matches on phone number first, with fallbacks to other identifiers, and normalises Australian number formats so a mobile entered as 0412 345 678, +61 412 345 678 or 61412345678 all resolve to the same person.

When a caller already exists, Jet updates that record rather than creating a duplicate. When several partial records describe the same contact, de-duplication rules keep your database clean instead of multiplying entries every time someone rings.
